The Most Expensive Thing We Spend

The most expensive thing we spend in life is time.

A statement that is valuable beyond estimation.

Yet, most spend time without thinking. A subliminal process.

Spend time more wisely.

Spend time preciously.

Learn how to be self-loving with your time.

Give it to who or what gives you the most energy, the most vibration, the most love, and the most comfort.

That is the biggest, sincerest, and cleverest way to ensure we are getting the most out of our investment.

Our investment meaning our life.

We can’t guarantee or create more time, but we can make sure that the time we spend is elite.

Lately, I’ve been thinking about this a lot, how easily time slips through the cracks of everyday life. Work, screens, routines… before you know it, another week’s gone and you’ve barely looked up.

I used to think being “busy” meant being productive, but really, it just meant being distracted. I was filling time instead of feeling it.

Now, I’m learning to slow down, to pay attention to what actually feeds me. A walk instead of a scroll. A moment of silence instead of rushing to fill it. Choosing where my time goes, instead of letting the world choose for me.

Maybe that’s why travel means so much to me; it forces me to notice life again. The light. The laughter. The quiet in between. Those little flashes of “now” remind me that time is precious, and I’m lucky to have it.

So yes, the most expensive thing we spend will always be time. . but when you spend it with intention, it becomes something far greater: an investment in who you’re becoming.🌹

Some moments don’t need words.. Just presence.

If this year has reminded me of anything, it’s how fragile and sacred that investment really is.

For anyone who’s lost someone recently, or just feels the weight of time a little heavier lately. May this be your reminder that your presence is your gift.

Spend it well. 💚
